It would be very helpful if you would send quarterly statements showing previous invoices and payments.
A quarterly statement in addition to the monthly invoice would be beneficial to clients and the bookkeeper. Easily downloaded from quickbooks.

I could'nt download the receipt. It would be easier to just send an auto email
All the bills I pay send a receipt by email. That makes it so much easier for me to file the email to keep.

See Paid/Outstanding Invoices
I am not able to see any unpaid invoices through this system. This feature is available on other online invoice systems i work with, and should be on here as well. I should be able to see what I have paid, upcoming Invoices, and any that have been missed and are currently outstanding.

Post Monthly Balance
The contract states paying $210.00 per month. The statement balance due is for the entire contract. That is very confusing as the total due is monthly and should reflect that.

I've paid the bill, but I can't get the system to download my invoice, so I can't see what it was for.
The system won't show me the invoice I'm paying.

Paid invoices
Can you make it easier (more streamlined) to see (and print) the invoice once it's paid? Or at least include the invoice no on the receipt.

stop making us log in to save our info for next payment...your set up is a mess and does not work for SHIT...

Keep Customer Data Current in Quickbooks by populating the credit card form
You could populate data of existing customers from QuickBooks including billing and shipping address. Once a customer pays, any updated information like name change or address could be accepted into QuickBooks. Customer information would always remain current.
We could even send an invoice to an email address and collect new customer data perfectly.

make it so that we login to an account and select the invoices to pay, just like if you were accepting payment via check as the seller

Fix bug that does not allow partial payment with AMEX
I tried to make partial payment on several invoices, and I tried multiple times on different days over the last week. When I try to make a partial payment with AMEX, it says "Error. You can try again, or come back later and try connecting then"
