  5. It would be very helpful if you would send quarterly statements showing previous invoices and payments.

    A quarterly statement in addition to the monthly invoice would be beneficial to clients and the bookkeeper. Easily downloaded from quickbooks.

  9. The invoice needs to give you the option of paying the balance, or more than the current month bill.

    I could not figure out how to pay more than the amount of the current bill on line, but I intend to pay this bill off as soon as possible. Did I just not know what I was doing?

  10. Mobile Phone Issues

    I could not pay my invoice balance with any method using my mobile phone. I had to sign onto my desktop to pay this - I am not sure if there are existing issues with the mobile phone form but can someone please check this out?

  11. Sign in with Google available when paying invoices.

    I do have a Quickbooks Online account with Intuit but I sign-in using my Google Account. When paying an invoice there's no option to sign-in via Google so I was unable to save my payment info for future payments without creating a separate login directly with Intuit (not Google sign-in). Hope that makes sense.

  12. 1-payment for several invoices

    We have 10-properties that you bill us monthly for, can you put all properties under Pearson Management and list them separately on the invoice so I can just make 1-payment monthly instead of paying 10-separate invoices?

  14. Put a more obvious button on the email for signing in to get to your saved information.

    The only link I can now find is in the very smallest of print where is allows you to sign in. The should be a big button either on the email you send out or on the first page you get to when you say you want to pay.

  16. Firefox no longer works to pay invoices

    Until this month (June, 2019), I used to be able to pay invoices sent to me by my management office using Firefox. This no longer works.

    When I click on the link sent to me to see the invoice in Firefox, the window in the upper right corner that should show the invoice says "Something went wrong". Even if I log into my Intuit account to pay the invoice, my payment options don't show up (my bank account) and even if I fill the account information in again, when I press "Pay", I get an error.

  17. Record my payment info so I can pay without entering all the debit card numbers every time I want to pay your invoice. I have tried for 3 mo

    Please make your web payment system record the debit card info so I can easily pay without having to enter the card numbers every time I want to make a payment. I have tried for 3 months to get your web site to record my data and it simply will not remember the data.

  20. Allow finding invoice in my account, without having to click the link in an emailed invoice! ie connect the vendor and customer by email!

    The only way to get to an invoice now is to have the email from the vendor. Why doesn't it show up in my account via the email address connection? Thank you.
