I can no longer see the invoice in the upper right corner, must download and view the invoice in Adobe. Please fix to work w/Firefox so that invoice info in upper right corner is not grayed out. When I select View Invoice, it does not show it, I just get a black screen.

There's a flaw in viewing the Invoice.....can't "view" or "download"....that's a problem.

Allow an auto deduction from my checking account.
I would like to have this automatically deducted monthly from my checking account rather than having to wait for an email and remember to pay it.

Quickbooks Client Wanting to Set up account to pay Vendor Invoice
I have Intuit Online Payroll & Quickbooks. I can't set up a way for vendor to hold my card info because "User is already taken".
You could allow payor to create an alternate ID for this purpose1 vote -

Post Monthly Balance
The contract states paying $210.00 per month. The statement balance due is for the entire contract. That is very confusing as the total due is monthly and should reflect that.

A back/return to invoice button on the invoice paid receipt page
After paying an invoice, on the receipt page, there should be a "back" or "return to invoice" button so that I can print the invoice and not the receipt.

Provide flexibility/control of the payment amount so we can pay the total bill and not just the invoice amount,,, or, if we do not have the invoice amount available, provide the ability to pay less.

If there is a problem with an account - CALL THE CLIENT, don't hide behind e-mails!
Ever heard of calling someone when the account is past due? Our credit card was compromised and the bank issued a new one and I "thought" all creditors had been updated. Next thing I know, the GPS is shut down for non-payment! Classy move. yOUR E-MAILS WERE GOING TO MY SPAM FOLDER AND i HAD NO IDEA UNTIL i STARTED RESEARCHING THIS after the account was suspended.

for some reason my payment did not go through. the seller said my check bounced and wanted to charge me more. your system sucks!!!!!
your system didnt work and cost me money.
