  10. Bill was dated June 30 but I didn't receive it in email til July 21. Please shorten that time gap so it's less confusing.

    Date the bill at the time it is sent, not almost a month earlier. Do not use the gap between bill date and payment date as an excuse for charging a late fee.

  11. Didn’t allow to pay half the invoice and processed 100% which is not what I want

    Fix the drop down box to allow for partial payments as agreed upon. Not happy using QuickBooks to pay an invoice.

  20. allow me to create a new account with same email address as my other account

    I receive a monthly bill that has to be paid qb online. I do not want to enter my payment info each month and I cannot save payment info because my email address is already being used by me for my business. The monthly invoice I receive is a separate business I own and I do not want to create a new email address just to issue payments to one company.
