Don't send the invoice out until the end of the month. Hard to want to pay for services that have not been rendered.
Don't send the invoice out until the end of the month. You mail them before the work is done so we wait until near month end to pay. It is easy to lose the invoice in the pile because it comes too soon. I prefer to pay for services after they have been rendered, not before.

Allow scheduling of payment on a future date
I like to make the payment on the due date, but under my control. It would be great to be able to schedule ACH payments ahead of time instead of having to make the payment on the day you are on the site.

recurring payment on the following working day of a set date
The recurring payment allows the user to pick a specific day of a specific week of the month but DOES NOT allow the user to chose a WORKING DAY date of each month. FOR EXAMPLE: with the bank I have sending instructions of sending a payment to a supplier on the 26th of each month but this month the 26th was on a sunday so the payment occurred on the 27th. so my bank statement shows the transaction occurring on the 27th while Quickbooks chart of accounts shows the transaction occurring on the 26th. this defeats the purpose of recurring…

Have a date to pay so I can set it ahead.
I like to pay my bills all on the same day every month and usually there is a place to set the day for it to come out of my account. I have not been able to find a place to do this with intuit. Thanks.

send bill at least 2 weeks in advance and a reminder not due date and be consistent on due date email is not guarantee it will arrive it may go to spam or clutter or antivirus may stop it

Please bill after each cutting. It's easier for me to make the $40 payment than to have to squeeze out $120. That hurts the budget a lot.
