  5. Pay attention to the suggestion of showing the invoice is paid - made by hundreds of people over the last 6 years!!!

    I don't understand why you ask for suggestions when you obviously are not paying any attention to them. There are over 5 suggestions that all refer to the same issue, with hundreds of votes for it, with no change being made. Pitiful!!!

  6. provide memo entry

    This provision to add a comment appears to be a woke attempt to "Appear" to care what users care about. There are over 60 suggestions (I stopped at this point) to add a memo provision. You could at least combine these comments into one or two (2nd one to capture an additional suggestion users have combined into one entry). I'm guessing there are in excess of 1000 votes if combined - I totally eye balled after adding first page.

  7. Custom Form Styles / Custom Invoice Templates in DOCX

    Existing invoice templates look basic and have very limited customisation options, which doesn’t allow us to create beautifully designed documents. I personally find it super important for our brand to stand out from the competition. We currently use Xero and they support DOCX templates, but we consider switching to QuickBooks because it integrates with our CRM system.
    I found that Custom Invoice Templates were previously available via QuickBooks Labs and for some reason they have been disabled for new accounts since 06/09/2021.
    Please bring this feature back. Ideally, it should be available not only for Invoices but for Quotes, Statements…

  9. Ability to remove "Bill to" and "Balance due" on sales receipts (to be used for donations)

    I think we should be able to remove the "Bill to" and "Balance due" portions of sales receipts (or at least change the text). We are trying to create donation receipts, and that text being there makes them confusing.

  16. Better control on qb receipts

    After paying invoice, received qb receipt that was totalling blank except for qp header and some formatting lines. Need a quality control to assure all receipts sent are populated with information.

  17. Receipt download button creates blank PDF. Please fix it.

    After posting payment with a credit card to the Quickbooks Invoice Payment Portal, the final step allows for download of a receipt. When the button is clicked, the PDF file generates with a header and some ledger lines within the body...but there is no receipt data included in the PDF file. This needs to be fixed.

    I can't count how many people complain about not being able to copy/paste account numbers into the form, but it's still not working.
