    When you enter the month and date for expiration date it changes to a qwerty keyboard change that to be a regular numeric keypad

    Confirmation page after entering routing number and account information with bank name. Then OK to pay or CANCEL to go back.

    Would be easier to just login to the app and pay there and also would be nice to show your history of payments.

  11. Very easy, simply have it available in french too!

    Even if it's not translated. It's annoying to switch from English to French each time I send an invoice, then back to French.

    It is not a user friendly for online monthly contributions! And the online website is just ALL wrong. Need to at least make the online monthly payments easy to pay!

  16. Stop charging for paying with a check

    The notice states I do not need to pay a fee when paying by check. Only by credit card do I pay a fee. Why do you still charge a fee for using a check?

  18. Poor security for payment with a personal account

    There seems to be no security at all. Anyone who has a copy of my check can post a payment!

    There needs to be some additional authentication method to confirm that the person entering the information is authorized to use the account to make the payment.

How many phishing emails do people get per day requesting credit card information? Lots. It didn't look like a real SparkPay site, so I didn't pay it.
