Be transparent. Make a clear notation if there is a charge to process payment via credit card vs bank transfers. This should not be a surprise to clients. thanks

By making it instant, like Venmo was. No delay once I authorize funds from my bank. Not doing so throws off my books, and it isn't how most financial work is being done in today's world. I frankly don't understand why you would regress, unless there's benefit to you by stalling payments received, and that "benefit" does not benefit me as a customer.

Payment method is not secure
PLEASE USE IN THE FUTUR A SECURE PAYMENT METHOD ! This is madness, any company employee could use my card info ! Also Pay pal would be a good idea.
Also, your 20$ charge for shipping to FRANCE could be mentionned on the invoice.
I see many dissatisfied customers on your payment methods, maybe it would be time to listen to us all ?

This would have been a cutting-edge payment website in 1995, but today it just isn't up to par.
1) The "invoice" has nothing more than the name of person being paid and the amount. It should include their address and phone, and more important, a description of what I am paying for.2) Clicking the "pay now" button is even worse, only the invoice number and amount appear on the page where you enter your credit card or payment info!
