How can we improve your experience paying invoices online?

This would have been a cutting-edge payment website in 1995, but today it just isn't up to par.
1) The "invoice" has nothing more than the name of person being paid and the amount. It should include their address and phone, and more important, *a description of what I am paying for*.

2) Clicking the "pay now" button is even worse, only the invoice number and amount appear on the page where you enter your credit card or payment info!

3) The first time I clicked the "print receipt" button after paying, I got a page where all the fields: invoice total, amount paid, date, etc, were *blank*! Closing the rcp and clicking "print receipt" again fixed the problem, this shouldn't be a necessary step. Printing the rcpt to a pdf saves the file with a default name of "Untitled Document.pdf" b/c the script that generates the rcpt page doesn't assign a document title in the <head> portion. Try adding <title> Rcpt from Quickbooks for pmt to xxxx</title>, where xxxx gets replaced by the person being paid.

Come on, this isn't exactly rocket science these days.
