Same as others...Fix the save payment method problem!!
I tried to save my payment info, but my email is already associated with my own Quicken account. After logging in, it deleted my cc info. It took me 3 times to pay the invoice with the same cc and I was unable to save it for future use. Really dumb for a financial tech firm.

Please use the payment info entered at the time of order instead of sending separate invoice
I entered my payment info when I placed the order, so I assumed it would be taken care of with that info rather than sending a separate invoice that had to be paid.

Automatic ACH
Two years and have never been late, check our records. I must have missed the email in Sept, otherwise it would have been paid at that time. Am very disappointed that you would charge this late fee that I have had to pay. We get a lot of emails and I guess it would be easy to over look one. Please respond as we certainly want to change our way of paying so this will not happen again..

Support Google Pay
Google Pay is the most convenient method to pay for things. I can keep my various cards updated in one place and can use my phone to pay with just one scan of my finger.

Have auto withdrawals without charging more. That’s how everyone else does. Ridiculous!!
Every bill I have is auto withdrawn from my bank account not using my card. And does not charge more to do that. That’s the way of world now. Can’t believe you don’t offer that. Much more secure and paid on time all the time. Easy for all. Ridiculous!!
