Stop charging homeowners who are 75+ and have been in the community for 35+ years.
People who are 75+ and who have been in the community for 35+ years should be exempt from paying further DOH dues. Most people in this category are probably living on Social Security payments and have a harder time paying the dues than those who are currently working. I guess you could call it a "Senior Citizen" exemption from the DOH.

Would not allow me to change the amount from $67 to $134, which is what I really owe. Frustrated!

Paying over the phone to an automatic voice system with credit card with 'no convenience fee'
Phone your office number for 'bill paying' with Credit or Debit Card (with 'no convenience fee' attached) or EFT-ck, as other companies have implemented (eg. Amazon, Bank of Am, COX, Verizon, etc), then send receipt to my email with Transaction Code stamped.

Allow multiple invoices from one vendor to be paid at one time.
The vendor would have a landing page in which you can select which invoices you'd like to pay based on what you owe via your e-mail address.

You can improve my experience by allowing me to use my card - I don't have a checkbook. I don't use checks. I had to spend hours looking for an old check in a box. I could not pay earlier today because I had to go home and look for an old checkbook. I may have to switch landscape companies because I don't like the idea of putting my check book information on the internet. I have used intuit before and I payed my invoices using my debit card, it was so easy.

expiration date
when I clicked on my card, everything comes up except that secret number and the expiration date. I know the secret number but not the expiration date and it took me a few days to get that together. like I have nothing else to do, I know, but...and I just realized that the expiration date does come up when I click and my cards appear but it doesn't get registered. it would be easier to have that register as well as the card number. thanks for asking and stay safe!
