For businesses that process usage-based invoices, the payment portal would be more useful if customers could review the underlying billing details before making a payment.
For example, telecom and connectivity invoices may include recurring plan charges, usage, overages, taxes, credits, adjustments, and charges across multiple lines. It can be difficult for the payer to understand how the final invoice amount was calculated.
It would be helpful if QuickBooks allowed invoice issuers to:
Include line-level usage and service dates
Show credits and adjustments separately
Attach a downloadable CSV with detailed billing records

Verification Letter
Novo banking allows users to download a bank verification letter in their mobile app and online portal. QBO does not have this feature and customer service is no help getting one of these letters. It should be easy to download one, email one, and request that one be sent to a 3rd party from Quickbooks.
This is a standard practice at other banks.

Stop showing all open invoices to clients on the payment screen
When a client clicks the link to view and pay a specific invoice, they are currently able to see all of their other outstanding open invoices on the screen. This is causing significant confusion and privacy concerns for our clients, as well as our billing team.
Clients should only see the specific invoice they clicked on. Please update the payment portal to hide other open invoice balances unless the client explicitly requests to view their account statement.

My clients should NOT be seeing all "open" invoices when clicking to pay theirs.
My clients should only see their open invoice when clicking to pay their bill. I am unable to send billing invoices out until this is changed back. Clients have been calling very upset with this change as is our billing team.
