How can we improve your experience paying invoices online?

Not sure why I had to input my information AGAIN. What happened to my previous account? Too time-consuming to do all this input.

Too time-consuming to input my information twice. Not sure why I am being treated like a new customer and had to create a whole new account in 2019. Everything is the SAME as 2018 so why can't I sign in?
