Why doesn’t it work half the time .send a receipt by a printable email

need a copy of the invoice sent to me

Be nice to get an email payment confirmation

Copy of the receipt as paid for taxes purporses

I would like a soft copy of the receipt automatically generated as paid, once I pay it, so that i can just save it to do my taxes easily.

why can't you send email confirmation?
