Let us set up a credit card to automatically pay each month unless we call for extended winter snow bird travel. Having to sign in and give all the credit card info each time is redundant and a pain.

Updated credit card info isn't being saved so I'm having to redo it each month.

Recurring Sales Receipt or Invoice with AUTO RECURRING PAYMENTS and that ALLOWS MY CLIENTS to enter their payment details directly online and saves the information for future use. Instead of having to send them an authorization form, which they must fill out, send back and I must enter into QB. I'm surprised that QB does not have this feature. I have some clients that refuse to use the unsecured paper form.

18 years into the 21st century, basically almost the entire bill payment population enables automatic payments monthly from one's bank account...why are you different? having to go online every month to pay is a royal pain. please get with the times!
