    Would like option to be able to set up recurring payments to the vendor using my bank's bill pay system. Seems more secure and would probably bypass QuickBooks. Will probably ask vendor's office about option to do that.

    It was so much better when you had auto pay. I would think it was better for you, the merchant, as well.
