Had automatic payments before and all of a sudden it stopped. Would really like to have the option back.

My credit card on file declined because it was compromised. My bank sent a new one which I have not yet received. Unfortunately, you charged $120 without recourse to asking why the credit card you've been using all these past years did not go through and giving a grace period. Please use the different card I have used for the present payment for future automatic payment. I did not see anywhere on the payment platform to input it for auto payment.
