It’s easier if it’s automatically paid. I live in another state and only visit there. Easy to forget.

ridiculous that a software company is using QB for payment...what a pain ********** to get out the CC and manually enter numbers.

for me is Ok automatic payments for day 15 each months
and that give me the opcion to send extra payment and amortization to principal.
