If this account would have been set up on autopay, it would have gotten paid on time. We had a change in employee roles and it was delayed due to that.

This manual payment of entering routing number and checking acct number is clumsy and out dated. This is the ONLY bill where I have to manually enter this stuff. It's year 2020. Why can't you process payments with auto pay?

Will you please set up payments to set up monthly from checking as automatically. If I am out of town or not access to computer, it is difficult to make these one time bank payments.
