I thought this was suppose to be autopay. What’s going on? If I wouldn’t have double checked I wouldn’t have paid my bill. In my contract it said I needed to be signed up for autopay but now it’s not activated.

Please, please add an autopay option!

I agree with all....autopay is 10 years ago. Vendors should be able to set and forget recurring charges. This is a relatively minor step, but it is important to me

I created an account and entered my card but it does not save so I have to pay each time. I would prefer that it is auto pay

Auto Pay would be best, that's the way we used to be set up. If this is not possible, then please clarify the procedure, so we don't accidentally make multiple payments for the same invoice.
