T spent nearly two hours on the phone with QBO support last night, who assured me that customers could set up automatic recurring payments upon receipt of a recurring invoice.

Because there's no way to send a recurring invoice immediately, I needed to set up a test invoice for next day, and run through the user experience myself. Of course, recurring autopay is not actually an option.

The fact that I had to spend all this time to get the wrong answer makes the lack of functionality sting even more.

Please, allow AutoPay on account to which we specifically choose.

I would love auto pay so I don't incur late fees for forgetting to make a daycare payment. I can't understand why there isn't auto pay.
