Check routing and account number before sending confirmation
I thought my payment was made when I was sent a confirmation from quickbooks but was contacted 1 month later by the merchant that the funds never went through. Confusing when you get a confirmation email. Quickbooks should check that the routing and account will work before sending confirmation.

CHange the bill pay check limit BACK to NO LIMIT. A CAP of 2999.99 per check is nothing short of rediculous for an operating company.
It is difficult for us to comprehend a that a software company that says it "serves" businesses can arrive at a limit of $2999.99 per check for payables using bill pay.

Export routing number from one payment to the next.
Export routing number from a recent payment to the following months payment. No need to continuously post the same routing number unless there is a change in banking institution.

If the invoice was included when you print the paid reciept
If when you printed the paid receipt the invoice was included so you have your backup as well as the confirmation of payment

Hide all credit card and routing snd check # except last four digits ( ie xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-1234
Make payments available thru debit,credit card or paypal. Also provide options to have receipts sent via email,text or mailed. Make more payment options such as full, partial or semi/quarterly payments!!Pre-payment options

Having the name of the company that sent you the invoice in the space where the paying company name goes is very confusing.
In other words, when I selected the payment type (business checking), it had blank spaces for my first and last name (which shouldn’t even be there), and the space where my company name would go, had the invoicing companey’s name auto filled. It was very confusing

If one payment was missed, have the option of updating the payment account to include past payment rather than two separate invoices
I would like to be able to update the payment amount on the occasion that I have missed a payment so I can get up to date. As it stands now I have to make two separate payments
