issue with my ability to see texts..other
Please let me know if there is a way to get online email notifications of the alarm status as it changes instead of a text. My phone currently is not getting any texts and I have been paying for the service to be informed when my alarm is turned on and off for nearly a year but haven't been able to see what is going on. T mobile was not able to assist me and I am really frustrated with this. I would prefer to stay with your company for the monitoring if we can get this resolved.

The payment portal doesn't appear to work with Bing. I've only be able to get it to work using Google. Is there a setting in Bing or the portal that needs to be changed or is the payment portal specific to Google?

Get a better receipt, print receipt does NOT work.

Get date right
I paid on the 4th at 1150 pm. It came out of my bank then. The receipt says the 5th. On the 5th I get a late fee

once the invoice is paid allow me to go back to the invoice itself
Once I paid my invoice, I had no option to go anyplace from that screen. I would like to have been able to return to a place where I could see the actual invoice.

when i enter my credit card it continuosly puts the curser in front of what i just entered. constantly had to pause and move curser to back

Apply charge directly to your Quickbooks account with vendor info just like a check
When you pay an invoice in payments portal in does not put it under the account information for the vendor

Ability to block/remove invoices for Services you no longer use
I have a company that I have canceled months ago and they are still sending me invoices. I ask them to fix it and they say they will, but they never do and each month I get a new invoice. Quickbooks said there is nothing I can do about it - the invoicing company has to fix it. We need a solution that Quickbooks or I can do to solve this problem.
