Automated Email Receipts
Automated Email Receipts - Quickbooks automatically sends email receipts to our customers whenever they make a successful payment. and the Receipt says "THANK YOU!"
Each receipt will contain a link to view it in a browser, and a unique receipt number that can be useful when looking up charge information.
Please make this happen Quickbooks! This will our clients know their payment has been received successfully and remind them that we appreciate their business.

Do Not Trust Emails. When Billing In That Form, One Risks Invoice Being Lost In Cyberspace
For years, Haskin's Printing literally mailed an invoice to the Clinic.
Consequently, we were never late.
The current billing method almost guarantees non-receipt of invoice, which either journeys into Spam, or becomes lost in cyberspace..

Don't send invoice 2 weeks before it's due.
If you are going to send it 2 weeks before due date, please send a reminder a couple days before due date. Thanks, Jeanne

Make sure invoice emails don't go to Spam
I've repeatedly told Gmail that these emails are not spam but they always go to spam and I have unpaid invoices.

The "view invoice" button needs to make it clear that it's a payment button as well. Like "view and/or pay."
I am a merchant using this same service and customers call me all the time, unaware that they need to click the button to pay.
It should say "pay here," not just view.

Email preview in google
When I am sent an invoice to my google email account, it shows my little email preview, it says PAID. Confusing when multiple people on our end receive invoices and have access to payment information, to know if they did in fact pay it or not.

I would like to see a "read receipt" for estimates sent
It would be helpful when sending estimates to customers, a notification that the email has been read. We have run into issues with QB's emails going to customer spam.

Allow me to view all the invoices i have paid to one company so i don't have to print them all.
Allow me to view all the invoices i have paid to one company at any time or on an annual basis. I have probably paid this company 20 invoices this year, and would like to view them all, and print a one page summary, instead of printing each one individually. I would be willing to have to log in to do this.
