Seeing and Paying invoices strait though our quickbooks online portal.
Invoices only show up in my email, but they are nonexistant inside of quickbooks.
I'm not sure if I have it set up incorrectly, but I would love to be able to receive and pay invoices strait through quickbooks instead of having to go back and find the invoice email in my inbox.10 votes -

allow us to set a date for the payment to take place
Allow us to choose the date that the payment is made. Often the invoice comes before the due date. Let us pay on the due date!!

Be truthful in stating speed of payments
QuickBooks Payments routinely makes this statement to merchants, and the same message is thus conveyed to payers: "Funds will be deposited in your account in 2 - 5 business days." I have been using the QuickBooks invoice payment feature for more than a year and have received a statistically significant number of payments this way. It's nice to not have the hassle of mail and paper, I'll give you that. But it's just plain rubbish that QuickBooks ever turns things around in 2 business days. Please give us an option to schedule a payment for a future date, not just on the date we sign on to the site. Need a calendar link to choose date.

have a place I can go to find all my invoices
From what I can see, I can only pay an invoice by finding it in my email and clicking on the link. I would like to log into QB account and find all my outstanding invoices from all vendors.

The payment portal worked well - but payment terms should not be the same day that the invoice is issued - there should be payment terms
The invoice I received was issued on the 28th with a due dateof the 28th. There should be payment terms on the invoice rather than Pay the day of.
