  1. Add Business-specific ID on invoice

    The business I want to pay sent an email with a link to QuickBooks for me to make payment. That QuickBooks page did not include the business ID on it, so when I called QuickBooks with a question, the rep couldn't see the same page and the problem I was having. If the business ID were on the page, the rep would have been able to help me immediately.

  6. The tool should have auto invoice feature

    This works well with accounts that perform the same business and companies and or people to be billed at same frequencies

  7. The time it takes from invoice is sent and paid until I receive the payment is very long!!

    Payments take 5 business days from the date customer pay until I receive it - that is a very long time for small business to get funded

  8. For company checks it would be nice to have a place to put the company name.
