Please take the grey background off. It is a waste of printer ink. What's wrong with white?
I don't understand why the invoice has to be on a grey backgrounds? Just make it white it will save a lot of printer ink and It actually looks cleaner.

verify the account information before accepting payment so payments don't bounce from typos
If you enter a typo and give incorrect acct. info, there is no way to verify until the bank receives it, rejects it, then QB charges the vendor a fee, then the vendor charges client a fee. This has created issues for several clients and a lot of unnecessary admin trying to fix the QB transactions and process and collect the invoices for fees associated with bounced checks.

The invoice needs to show the name of the home owner paying for HOA fee. This is important for our records
The name of the payer (home owner) does not appear on the HOA fees invoice. This is important when paying the fee and for our records. The invoice only shows a transaction number and an account number (last 4 digits). Please add the home owner's name. Thanks

Adjust terminology to be more international-friendly
On the present payment form, there is a field called "Billing ZIP code", which is very US-specific terminology. It might throw off an international payer, and push them to other payment methods. A change to something like "Billing post code" would be less offputing for foreign payers.

I need to be able to print a bill showing that it's paid. This seems like it would be basic & standard for QuickBooks 2017
Just like I can print a customer invoice showing that it's paid - I need to be able to do the same with my bills so I can print them out and file with my monthly statement.

Fix printing. Right side is chopped off. Make it so it centers in the page.
Not impressed with the print feature. being a small business I would use this app if you can't do a basic operation like print correctly. Don't blame it on my settings. I have no issues with others when I print. Just this app. Lets face it, this app sucks on the basics.

To have a tab or button for Invoice # so we can look up any invoice whether it has been paid or not. Instead of having to do a search or type in a link or hit CTL and a letter on your keyboard. Remember to simplify

Allow PACKING SLIP Modifications
We drop ship items for several independent representatives. The current online packing slip provides our address, billing address, and shipping address which provides the end customer with all of our company information. We do not want them contacting us directly for product in an effort to protect our independent representatives. We need the packing slips to have an option where we can select what information is provided when it's printed out to attach to the shipment. Maybe a toggle or a box to check if specific billing or company information needs removed prior to printing it.
