When we import invoices, we need to get the email address to default to the one on the customer one on file or to an email in our CSV.
When we import our invoices, we'd like to see Quickbooks default the email address on file (which it doesn't currently after import of invoices of CSV). We'd like to automate things more by having Quickbooks default the email address to email invoice or let us import which email address added to the CSV import format.

Make sure your fonts are loading
Load the proper font, and if you are using a fallback, at least have it be a sans serif to match avenir next

Business accounts
When paying by bank transfer - business checking, remove the mandatory requirement of First and Last Name. If business checking is selected than requiring a first and last name is ridiculous as the checking is in the name of the business not an individual.

Printe receipt
once I choose print receipt, I'd like to see either a summary of the invoice and/or the company that I'm paying on behalf of. I run three companies and it would save time looking up/writing down what company the reciept was for.

Have "save your data for the future" not reset the form!
Save your data is at the bottom. So a normal person fills out the form, then checks the box at the bottom...but doing that resets the form. Very annoying!!

Excellent but for one little thing
After I entered my checking account info, I had the option to ask for my checking account info to be kept. Exercising that option required setting up an account first. I did this but came back to find all my checking account info erased, requiring me to re-enter it. Maybe change the order to avoid that? Other than that, great. I hope your security is good!

Have consistent user experience in completing similar fields
Be consistent with the entry of data types. Some fields (expiration date) are formatted to be only numbers keyboard display, while others (e.g. zip code) are alphanumeric keyboard display. Makes for a different user expierience when entering similar data points on a phone.

Use drop down menu's for expiration dates, so they cant be "key logged" by hackers
Please use current techniques to protect our credit card data, like drop down menu's for expiration dates and csv numbers, so a key logger or other hacking methods cant steal credit card info.

Printable Receipt on official Letterhead for Tax purposes with information the IRS needs would be great!
In order for this medical expense to be included, the IRS requires basic information on it. For example, the type of service given, the name and address of the service provider, the name and address of the client along with the dates of service and the medical condition being treated.

add Sales order field in the find function of the invoice template.
Basically, with the [find] function on the invoice template, I'd like to add a S.O. No search bar so I don't have to go to the sales order template (again) to open the corresponding invoice.
I do not want to have to use 2 different numbers for S.O and Inv as we re talking about the same order .
