hitting "print receipt" in Firefox did not work
More of a complaint - information did not populate fields when I hit "print receipt" in Firefox - they just printed blank

Include a MEMO box for those of us paying "in advance".
ADD a MEMO BOX !!!!!
IE for Notes: Advance Payments "June-Dec 2019"This would help both the 'payee' & the 'payer'..... as an explanation of what we are doing when we overpay 'the balance'.
AND payee would then have that printed on our receipt as a reference!It's not all just about paying a bill, it's about 'records' of 'our payments'.

Put your Company info/logo at the top of the page so it looks like I'm paying you instead of quickbooks.
Your invoice looks like I'm paying Quickbooks. Format it so that It looks like I'm paying CustomLanyards4All.com - this is a terrible invoice/receipt!

Allow payment for BioOne option
Invoice payment did not allow to increase for the optional Bio One resource.

The receipt is not FSA acceptable.
It must have the name of the client/patient and a description of service provided.

Google Chrome credit card autocomplete no longer populates all fields
Google Chrome's saved cards used to populate all credit card fields. Now it no longer fills in expiration date and name.

Add products or note on paid invoice receipt
The receipt simply gives invoice #. It would be nice if a product or note could be added.

Show Invoice First
I think the Invoice should be the first document you see, not something you have to look for/click to get. PayPal would be a nice payment option.

Don't force me to type in the account number, I tried to copy paste the EXACT number from my bank website but because you forced me to manually I actually caused errors multiple times. Forcing me to do this does not create better results it only wastes time and frustrates people. I hate this. Please change it.

Please allow pasting of account numbers. It’s 100% inaccurate to type it in after you’ve pasted it once have to type it?
I’m posting this as new idea because after over 1600 replies no one is changing anything. Why ask for suggestions if no one is doing anything about it? Please allow pasting of info it’s not accurate to have to type in something you just pasted. Thx

Allow me to convert invoice to PDF file to save on hard drive (not print).
Allow conversion of invoice record to PDF to be saved on hard drive.
