We would like to see a wide variety of different colours to utilize while customizing all the forms. Perhaps utilize the colour wheel some how. This will allow the ability to utilize colours that match individual logos.

Improve current method to enter date fields
When a customer is using your payment form, in the two boxes for the GOOD THRU dates, after the two digit month is entered, have the curser advance automatically to the two digit year field. Its a software modification, but this practice is very common when entering payments. Thanks

Excellent but for one little thing
After I entered my checking account info, I had the option to ask for my checking account info to be kept. Exercising that option required setting up an account first. I did this but came back to find all my checking account info erased, requiring me to re-enter it. Maybe change the order to avoid that? Other than that, great. I hope your security is good!

Have consistent user experience in completing similar fields
Be consistent with the entry of data types. Some fields (expiration date) are formatted to be only numbers keyboard display, while others (e.g. zip code) are alphanumeric keyboard display. Makes for a different user expierience when entering similar data points on a phone.

Add to scan instruction
Say to put credit card down and view it thru the screen-for people not used to scanning or who put card ON the screen

Initial screen had amount due + previous balance. Subsequent screens were not as nice.
Initial screen had amount due + previous balance. Subsequent screens were not as nice as they only had amount due. I chanced it and placed amount due + previous amount in the payment cell and continued. It is unclear if this will work.

Business checking payment option
When you select business checking account, the form should ask for a Business name, not First and Last name. if possible.

There seems to be no way to use the 10% discount that I received for this winter when I pay on line. Or I just did not see it.

Allow me to paste my bank number in both fields
Not allowing pasting the in second bank account number is a useless waste of time. It does not improve security or accuracy. Many people use password and data managers. Let us take advantage of them.
