Work with all browsers, or indicate which ones you work with. I got errors in I.E. but it worked with Chrome.

Improve the way credit card info entered
Several times I have entered credit card info and afterward clicked the "pay by credit card" button. Rather than retaining the card info just entered, your algorithm deletes all the card information and forces the user to start over. This is very irritating and of course laborious.

Columns width in invoice & estimate templates
Allow for TRUE custom column width in provided templates and/or in imported templates. Right now, even though it's set to the max, or if we define a very wide space in an imported template, it stays narrow and cut sentences in the middle....

When we import invoices, we need to get the email address to default to the one on the customer one on file or to an email in our CSV.
When we import our invoices, we'd like to see Quickbooks default the email address on file (which it doesn't currently after import of invoices of CSV). We'd like to automate things more by having Quickbooks default the email address to email invoice or let us import which email address added to the CSV import format.

Make the presentation of the invoice and receipt more professional
Make the invoice look more "professional," write Business Name correctly. Us capital letters properly. C. B. Holmes Plumbing, LLC.
Make your "LOGO" look more professional, simplify it.
On the "BILL TO" item, include the customer's name and address.
The "SERVICE and DESCRIPTION area should tell me which address the work was done at. I may have more that one property you work on, remember these become MY tax records.
On the PAYMENT RECEIPT, make it look more professional.
e.g. C.B. HOLMES PLUMBING, LLC, 1083 Cate Rd. Brunswick, GA 31525.

Make sure your fonts are loading
Load the proper font, and if you are using a fallback, at least have it be a sans serif to match avenir next

Copy invoice sales tax
When an invoice is copied, grab the latest sales tax rate for taxable items. Currently QB copies the old sales tax amount so we end up undercharging customers and have to pay the sales tax ourselves. Option 2, Ask "should be recalculate sale tax?" or something like that.
