It seems you told my browser to open a Google page. I *DO*NOT* want you sharing my financial data w Google. CAN IT!
When may payee's email sent me to the payment page, my network monitoring software indicated you were trying to open a link to Google. Most users wouldn't see this surreptitious link to Google so it is a REALLY SLIMY business tactic.
If you DO share info with Google, you should get an explicit opt-in from users, and only after describing what data you will let Google take from my transaction. This is the sort of deception that invites restrictive laws. I will cheer on those laws.

Don't make "charge card" the default
When a customer saves their payment information the next invoice produced automatically checks the "charge card" option. Three times now our sales people have accidentally charged a customer's card. That should be an opt in option, not opt out, or at the very least we should be able to choose in customize invoice.

Make it mobile-friendly.
Your entire site is garbage on mobile. I'm using an iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 10, and Chrome. Your site is pure trash. It blanked the form constantly when trying to enter payment information. All I could see was lines that sort of corresponded to text boxes.

Business accounts
Our account is a Business and your form asks for first and last name.

Create a "notes" section for payer to utilize so it prints on the receipt. I want to populate which project/job this expense is for.
Add a section for the payer to document something I'd like on the receipt. We work on a job/project basis and I need to know exactly which job/project each paid expense is for and would like to type that in when paying so that info shows up on the receipt.

There was no opportunity to add my shipping address.
I'm communicating with the company by email. They don't have my shipping address yet. It wasn't in the invoice, and I had no opportunity I could see to add or change it.

There is a lot of these special characters âââ where the "payment date" should be & it looks like this - â8â/â12â/â2019. Can this get corrected?
