Lift the cap on the amount that we can pay you? Like a restaurant- an area for a tip.
Use the model that Restaurants use so that the customer can pay extra for an extra effort? Judging from the feedback on this page, I'm not clear how many hundreds of people need to vote for this...

Bill me AFTER your service.
I don't pay for any of my services BEFORE they are preformed. I don't know why I should be billed before your service has been done,

A $33 processing fee is terribly high in this day and age of electronic transactions.
Look into other payments options that don't require such a high processing fee or maybe the company can find a better way to collect it's payments. A $33 processing fee is terribly high in this day and age of electronic transactions. Thank you

allow us to "opt out" of the "optional" items before we send payment.
Allow customer to select or deselect items, especially when there are "optional" items, before we do the payment process. I changed the total payment; however, it now says that I have an outstanding balance.

WARNING…
Warn the payor using ALL CAPS they are going to be charged an exorbitant amount of money if they make a mistake and pay by credit card vs ACH. I pay by QuickBooks all the time, I have an Inuit account and have my bank information saved, so paying by ACH is simple for me. I made a mistake and didn’t sign on so I got charged $360. Not only is this a suggestion, it’s a request to wave/refund the processing fee because this was a mistake.

Automatic bank linking
I'm sick of pulling out my checkbook every time I need to pay an invoice for the account and routing number. Modern apps don't do this anymore.

If you could accept account numbers from Robinhood, that would help a lot.
I have a bank account with Robinhood, the investment platform, and quickbooks does not accept payments through them for some reason.

WTF happened to my 7/15 payment?
If I make a payment with Intuit and Intuit tells the Recipient they have received my payment, and then, weeks later, they ask you if my payment went through, and you then tell them NO: Please send ME an explanation of how this could happen, so I can try to make sense of it and address the problem.
