Bank transfer is UTTERLY UNSECURE. Anyone can make SOMEONE ELSE PAY. They just need a check for Routing number and Checking Acc number.
Bank transfer is UTTERLY UNSECURE. Anyone can make SOMEONE ELSE PAY. They just need a check for Routing number and Checking Acc number. I'm shocked this is even a possibility. One should have a 2nd factor authentication like a 6 digit pin code being sent to your email or phone (as recorded on your Bank account).

Skip zip code
As a non US payer with a CC I need to enter some BS zip code to get accepted. Either let us enter international codes or just remove it from the form or make it optional.

more than one payment type
Allow multiple payment types. I had cash from my Insurance company so I was going to use my debit card. I had a credit card for my co pay so I wanted to use that too. The payment option only allowed one type of payment and would not let me split the full amount due up.

I'd very much prefer to pay from a credit card so I could get points. To have to pull out my business check book these days is kind of a cho
Be able to link a cc to this account so I can pay from my phone automatically.
To have to pull out my huge business checking book every month to pay this bill is a chore any more. I don't really write any checks any more.
It just means that I pay a little late and that it's more of a chore.
I pay for other services directly from my phone using my cc number, I can pay within 5 min of receiving the invoice and then its DONE.2 votes -

Scan Your Card
Some apps allow you to Scan your card with your camera. Then your card info is automatically put in each field without you having to type out everything.

Add American Express
Drop PayPal. Add American Express. They are the most reliable card company and its a shame you don't accept them because you are too cheap to pay their fee. Well their fee goes to the best, domestic USA based, customer support.

Set up automatic payments so you don’t miss any email payments. It’s easy to forget & inboxes can get so cluttered.

I didn’t see an option this time to pay with a credit card.
I just didn’t see where I could pay with a credit card. Usually there is the option but this time it was pay with bank account.
