   The payment method type is decided by the merchant. We can’t present payment method that has not been allowed for the invoice.

   need make povisions to accept Zip "+4" codes. Either w/, or w/o "+4 code"!
   i.e. when first entered my "+4 code" not accept, upon 2d enter w/o "+4 code" went through!
