   The payment method type is decided by the merchant. We can’t present payment method that has not been allowed for the invoice.

   I have a FSA (card) that I would like to use to pay for my child's school tuition. As of now, I cant even use it to pay for the expenses on here because you don't allow for that debit card option. Why not? Visa Debit cards are money too.
