   The payment method type is decided by the merchant. We can’t present payment method that has not been allowed for the invoice.

   Allow the vendor the ability to add a processing fee to the invoice if the client wishes to pay via credit/debit card. Many of the vendors elect not to offer that service due to the fees. That would allow the client the option to pay by credit/debit for a fee (2-3%?) or pay by ACH for no fee.
