    QuickBooks Estimates and Deposits could be much better with a built-in workflow that lets customers approve an estimate and pay the required deposit in the same step. Right now, many users still need workarounds like creating separate invoices, which adds extra time and confusion. A smoother estimate-to-deposit process, better tracking, and clearer customer notifications would make the feature far more useful for contractors and service businesses.
