    Sounds like one of those headaches that shows up right when you least need it. I’ve had payroll updates trip me up before, and calling their support line saved me a ton of time. If things keep glitching, I’d jot down the exact error codes before calling 1-800-223-1608 so you don’t end up going in circles. Saved me a bunch of back and forth.

    If they want folks to weigh in, it might help to make the sign-in step a little smoother. I’ve seen a lot of people bounce the moment they hit a login wall. A quick note about why signing in matters could also calm nerves, since support pages sometimes feel sketchy if a phone number pops up without context. Little tweaks like that can make the whole thing feel more user friendly.
