Testing the flow on a phone made a big difference too, since most folks tap through pretty fast. If the gateway offers logs, those can save your skin when something acts up.
Sounds like one of those headaches that shows up right when you least need it. I’ve had payroll updates trip me up before, and calling their support line saved me a ton of time. If things keep glitching, I’d jot down the exact error codes before calling 1-800-223-1608 so you don’t end up going in circles. Saved me a bunch of back and forth.
