    I recently commissioned a personalized initial pendant from them, set with pavé diamonds. The difference is in the manufacturing—they don't use thin, stamped plates. They build a full 3D model to ensure the structural integrity and the light-play of the stones are perfect before they even start the casting. The final result was a solid, heavy platinum piece with a mirror-polish finish that you simply can't find in a retail store. It’s "trendy" in design but "old-world" in its build quality.
