    i agree that 3d games stay profitable mainly because they can keep adding content without starting from scratch. cross-platform launch sounds great on paper, but it also means a lot more testing and patching after release. the thread already has a weird casino tangent; i clicked https://indianrespin.com/casinos/indian-rupee/ once from a similar discussion and it felt totally off-topic compared to dev talk. i’d rather hear more about how studios balance live ops costs against those recurring revenue streams.
