One of the most common signs of a broken window seal is condensation or fog trapped between the glass panes that never wipes away. I’ve also noticed that rooms start feeling drafty or less insulated when the seal fails. If you’re in Everett, this Everett window replacement guide explains pretty clearly how to tell whether it’s just a minor issue or something that needs full replacement.
