    Improving the QuickBooks Estimates and Deposits feature would make a big difference for users. One idea is to allow partial deposits directly linked to specific estimate line items, so it’s easier to track what’s been paid versus what’s still outstanding. Another enhancement could be better visibility of deposit status within the estimate itself, with automatic updates when payments are received. Adding customizable reminders or alerts for upcoming deposit deadlines would also help businesses stay on top of their cash flow. Overall, more flexible payment tracking and clearer reporting would make the feature much more user-friendly.
