    If an OST file is corrupted, try renaming it so that Outlook makes a new file and syncs with the server. If that doesn't work, use the built-in Inbox Repair Tool (SCANPST.EXE). If they don't work, you can fix Outlook using the Control Panel or use a third-party OST recovery application like DataVare OST to PST Converter. This tool can effortlessly fix corrupted or damaged OST files without losing any data. You may also save the data in various forms with this application, like EML, MBOX, HTML, MSG, and PDF.
