    It’s always interesting seeing how different topics pop up in these threads, but on the point of improving the online payment experience, I think having more visible confirmation steps and a smoother mobile layout would make things a lot easier. It would also be helpful if platforms offered small incentives like occasional discount codes or partner coupons since that kind of thing tends to encourage people to use the system more regularly.
