    Hi QBO Community,

    I’m working on a real-estate housing development initiative inspired by the scheme at https://apnagharscheme.com.pk/
    , and I’m looking to streamline its accounting workflows using QBO. My current challenge is designing templates in QBO that reflect housing unit allocations, resident deposits, and project milestones in an accessible way for both developers and homeowners.

    Has anyone here integrated QBO with custom dashboards or development-project accounting like this? I’d appreciate your insights on structuring chart of accounts, revenue recognition for non-traditional property models, or automating resident billing.
