    My biggest frustration with QuickBooks desktop is that when an update is released it does not work. I am forced to call in for support. In the latest release I called once and the person had to call me back. It has taken over an hour of my time along with tech support to resolve an update that should work when it's released before sending it to the consumer. This situation has occurred multiple times. Intuit raises their prices and often times the product isn't functioning properly. On one occasion the inventory worked fine until there was an update and then it didn't work. In accounts payable in the checkbook section classes should be able to be stored so that the class doesn't have to be entered every single time.
