   i've spent hours refining my templates for invoices & quotes.
   why did you deem my templates irrelevant???
   in what universe did you think we all want to use your blank forms or spend HOURS recreating my work?
   the sales pitch was QBO was exactly the same, with ADDITIONAL bells & whistles, not LESS!!
