    The only reason they wouldn't is to try to Upsell you something that you don't need. It's a very basic idea, and one that should be most understood with someone running a small business and being self-employed. A majority of the use is pretty much quoting people or giving them estimates, and hoping they accept. From there it could be easily converted to an invoice, and paid. But they would rather tinker with things like Time Tracking, that only works on a PC, not a mobile device.
